If you have the ability to prepare journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance, and general ledger reconciliation and be responsible for many aspects of internal reporting during the monthly close, you will be preferred for this position. Participation in compliance, interaction with our external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, and reviewing schedules reporting processes are also expected tasks. Do you have a complex understanding of Financial Statements, Cash Flow projections, and Budgets? You'll be preferred for this role.

　　What you get to do every day

　　Assist in implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with GAAP

　　Manage schedules for monthly payments and capital lease

　　Become well-versed in month end balance sheet account reconciliations

　　Compose thorough journal entries and account reconciliations which include, but are not limited to, cash, prepaid expenses, and payroll

　　Produce journal entries and perform the month end close under minimal supervision

　　Coordinate and analyze a variety of financial data, then report it in a way that is useful and understandable

　　Assist with the month end, quarter end and year end closing process by preparing monthly financial close workbooks

　　Regularly maintain and reconcile journal entries

　　Take part in various department-wide initiatives

　　Manage depreciation, fixed asset ledgers, and reconciliation

　　Manage intercompany billings, transactions, and reconciliation

　　Produce analyses for monthly balance sheets and income statements for reporting by management

　　Special projects and impromptu reporting, upon request

　　Requirements - Spreadsheet and database capabilities

　　BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics

　　Distinguished analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Self-starter and strong ethical standards

　　ERP system experience

　　Microsoft Excel experience desired

　　Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

　　Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus

　　Recent and relevant accounting experience

　　Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines

　　Fully formed organizational, written and verbal communication skills

　　Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases
