You might be a good fit for this position if you have the ability to prepare journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance, and general ledger reconciliation and be responsible for many aspects of internal reporting during the monthly close. The ideal candidate for this role will be comfortable participating in compliance, interacting with our external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, and reviewing schedules reporting processes. Those with a complex understanding of Financial Statements, Cash Flow projections, and Budgets are preferred.

　　Your responsibilities

　　In-depth experience with reconciling month end balance sheet accounts

　　Assist with the month end, quarter end and year end closing process by preparing monthly financial close workbooks

　　Take part in various department-wide initiatives

　　Contribute to the implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with GAAP

　　Assemble journal entries and thorough account reconciliations that include, but are not limited to, cash, prepaid expenses, and payroll

　　Prepare analyses for monthly balance sheets and income statements for management to report on

　　Upon request, take part in special projects and impromptu reporting

　　Manage schedules for monthly payments and capital lease

　　Analyze and coordinate a variety of financial data, and report it in a useful and understandable manner

　　Maintain intercompany transactions, billings, and reconciliation

　　Compose journal entries and conduct the month end close with minimal supervision

　　Oversee depreciation, fixed asset ledgers, and reconciliation

　　Recurring journal entries maintenance and reconciliation Requirements - Less than one year of experience required

　　Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision

　　BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics

　　Current and relevant ERP system experience

　　Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

　　Proficient with spreadsheets and databases

　　Mature organizational, written and verbal communication skills

　　SAP Finance and Controlling experience

　　Bank reconciliations experience desired

　　Manufacturing experience

　　Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment

　　Competent with spreadsheets and databases

　　Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines

　　Skilled in analytical, quantitative and social skills
