Responsibilities:
The Coordinator will work closely with floor staff, ancillary staff, unit managers, and the DNS to educate and ensure the quality of careProvide nursing staff with clinical and educational support and guidanceCoordinate all educational activities in the facilityMaintaining in-service educational recordsFollows all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the facility's administration and Nursing policies and proceduresParticipating in surveys/inspections made by authorized government agenciesQUALIFICATIONS:
Registered Nurse licensed in the State of employment. Two years of education or experience in geriatric nursing or rehabilitation are preferred.Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignments.CPR certified.Diversity, Inclusion, and Engagement at National Health Care Associates:
