　　Job Duties

　　Oversees operations and services for branches within the designated portfolio and region

　　Coordinate with branch managers on monitoring budgets and expenditures in accordance with the established guidelines

　　Conduct branch visits, ensuring safe and professional operations

　　Identify potential short and long-term challenges region-wide and propose solutions

　　Report specific needs and deficiencies on individual branches to the Division Vice President

　　Manage KPI’s that lead to sales and profit success as well as customer satisfaction

　　Resolve escalated customer complaints

　　Trains, develops, retains branch managers.

　　Ensures branch managers promote safety and a safe work environment.

　　Ensures branch managers practice ethical standards and municipal code compliance.

　　Ensures Branch Managers project and enforce franchise image standards.

　　Maximizes sales and profits for the region.

　　Projects professional image, including cleanliness and personal grooming
