Job Title : Staff Accountant

　　Location: North Scottsdale, AZ (near East Bell Road and the 101)

　　Compensation: Dependent on experience 

　　Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401K)

　　Schedule: On-site Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!

　　Job Description:

　　This position provides an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant to work and thrive in one of the most unique multi-entity medical operations in the United States.

　　Our growing company is looking for a reliable and extremely detail oriented Staff Accountant to work closely with our Accounting Manager on day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who has a positive attitude and solid work ethic.

　　Specific Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Prepare and enter accounting transactions for multiple entities

　　Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

　　Assist with A/P activities and check payments

　　Assist with the preparation of financial statements

　　Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related tasks

　　Able to research discrepancies, identify, and solve problems

　　Follow company’s established accounting processes and procedures

　　Miscellaneous office tasks and ad-hoc projects

　　Protect our company by keeping information confidential

　　Ensure backup of all transactions

　　Other applicable duties as assigned

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting

　　3+ Years of Accounting Experience

　　Proficient understanding of Accounting Rules and GAAP

　　Integrity and the ability to follow an Ethical Code of Conduct

　　Prioritizing and organizational skills are a must

　　Exemplary oral and written communications skills are a must

　　Strong analytical and investigative skills are a plus

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

　　Familiar with Quickbooks and/or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (preferred)
