HUB International is seeking a global rewards leader who will be responsible for the development, implementation, administration, and communication of our total rewards programs including (but not limited to) compensation, wellbeing, mobility and recognition, enabling the company to attract, reward, and retain top talent.
This leader will work with a talented team of professionals who are transforming Human Resources at HUB to support our ongoing growth and tremendous success. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about evolving our rewards function through plan design, implementation, management and evaluation of our compensation and benefits programs, practices, and policies. The ideal candidate must be both strategic and hands-on to manage all facets of Total Rewards (compensation, mobility, recognition, and wellbeing) programs. An innovative approach will be needed to ensure our global offerings are competitive, drive business results, and support our dynamic culture.
Responsibilities Develop and implement all aspects of the Company's total rewards strategies, programs, and policies. Includes the design of compensation, health and welfare, wellness, and recognition programs that increase the company's ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Ensure the company adopts competitive and "best-practices" programs, practices, and policies regarding total rewards against the marketplace. Develop, implement, and maintain all tools, policies, and practices needed to run a full total rewards practice including immigration, mobility, severance, exemption testing, leave programs, etc. Build and maintain a job architecture that will allow us to develop and implement a process to compare our pay for key roles to external market data. In all our geographies. Lead the annual merit increase process in partnership with Finance. Analyzes outcomes to drive continuous improvement. Develop, and manage communication of compensation, and wellness programs to improve understanding and drive employee utilization. Oversee the support and compliance with all internal and external compliance and audit requirements for our compensation, health and welfare programs. Work in partnership with other HR Leaders to provide counsel to hiring managers when developing offer proposals, utilizing external market data and internal compensation analysis. Provide information and analysis to support M&A transactions. Ensure compliance with relevant laws pertaining to Total Rewards, in partnership with HR, Legal, and outside counsel; ensure all programs documentation and notices are updated and distributed. Qualifications Bachelors' degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent preferred Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Employment Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred. 10+ years of rewards experience (compensation, recognition, and benefits.) Experience supporting a robust rewards function. Experience developing an organizational job architecture. Strong understanding of external rewards marketplace; stays abreast of trends and changes in the regulatory environment. Experience working for a global company as well as a growth organization demonstrating adaptability and change management skills. Experience with vendor selection, RFPs, and implementations. Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and accuracy in work, and time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated team orientation and the ability to work independently. Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office #INCORP
