　　Depending on your experience, Technical Program Manager III can typically expect to directly engage with developers and customers to address challenging problems, build software with the latest technologies and make data-driven decisions to improve the customer experience. Your responsibilities extend to scaling systems by managing internal and external stakeholders across various domains, from business and operations to engineering, science, and deployment. As a Senior TPM, you will navigate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make strategic tradeoffs, and balance business needs with technical constraints. The role also involves scoping and delivering large projects end-to-end, collecting requirements, writing specifications, and coordinating design/implementation efforts. Ideally, you possess a strong program management background, demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects, and a well-rounded technical proficiency in current web technologies.

　　Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $119,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. 　　The Merchant Management team in Grocery Fulfillment Tech org is responsible for the Onboarding and Lifecycle management of thousands of Retail and 3P merchants globally. We own systems that automate end to end onboarding and configuration management of Retail/3P merchants serving as the backbone platform required to power the grocery shopping experience.
