The successful Catalog Associate will be a team player, self-driven person obsessed over customer experience, who can deliver results while insisting on the highest standards. The ideal candidate has passion for process improvement, innovation/automating initiatives and is able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet/exceed Amazon's high bar. The primary responsibility of this role is - under general supervision - to perform variety of tasks related to quality checks on video content during Pre/Post Launch phases. In this role you will:
o Follow Standard Operational Procedures to place ad markers in video content, and to perform quality checks on assets such as artwork, audio, captions and video quality and other metadata in +10 different workflows/processes.
o Execute and document test cases across different platforms (Web, Apple TV and Fire TV) to replicate end user experience.
o On-time escalate anomalies that may prevent a title from going live.
o Identify and flag any area of improvement in SOPs, processes or tools.
o Use of software and /or tools for fix up and capture data on a daily basis.
o Ensure proper inputs of data to help drive operational excellence.
o Resolve issues with minimal or reduced guidance.
o Participate in small-scale projects to help reach program goals.
o Apply strong analytical and logical skills.
o Pay attention to detail while processing high volume of data.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with Excel
Speak, write, and read fluently in Italian
Preferred Qualifications
