Overview
Talent Development Program (TDP) focuses on preparing participants in the 36-month program to lead training experiences across multiple audiences (i.e. Operators, Team Members, Restaurant Leaders, Licensee Partners and Staff) and modalities for CFA essential learning programs and business initiatives, as well as fulfilling other business needs while simultaneously engaging each participant in individualized and meaningful professional learning experiences to achieve future career goals and aspirations. The primary purpose of the TDP Senior Project Specialist role is to work in collaboration with TDP Leadership to oversee program effectiveness and efficiency for processes, systems, and the execution of program strategy.

Responsibilities
Support continuous improvements to TDP participant life cycle with a strategic lens, specifically regarding standards and processes, resource allocation, business operations and metrics tracking and reporting, meeting facilitation through agile methodology, communications and change management
Balance strategic thought leadership with the ability to manage day-to-day activities, assuring quality of offerings within TDP led program content
Analyze and document current state processes and systems, identify pain points and efficiency opportunities in order to create better solutions
Provide consistent and critical logistics related to TDP such as the management and oversight of trainer assignments, scheduling and assisting in the management of learning spaces for Trainer learning opportunities
Assist with coordinating logistics and manage relevant development projects and initiatives related to TDP participant journey (monthly program meetings, annual TDP Summit, etc.)
Work closely with TDP Leadership and other L&D stakeholders to provide insight on the design of TDP program content, experience, and the execution of program solutions
Serve as an Operational SME in partnership with various teams within L&D to ensure operational excellence across programs and initiatives executed by TDP
Serve as point of contact for extenuating, field critical circumstances which require urgent restaurant operational expertise and perspective.
Manage demand by working closely with TDP Leadership and L&D stakeholders to prioritize programs and projects based on business needs, L&D department needs and resource capacity; identify resourcing risks, solutions and tradeoffs.
Develop presentations to share TDP value proposition with Field and Staff audiences
Maintain TDP budget and budget reports
Work closely with TDP Leadership, Experience Lead and internal program support roles to ensure alignment
Maintain clear overview and timely updates of project timelines (charts, spreadsheets, etc.) and progress using task management tools
Manage communication and email inbox within TDP and with L&D stakeholders and others
Ad-hoc projects and general administrative support, as required
Collaborate with TDP Leadership to develop & maintain reports (i.e. TDP Roster, Snapshot), platforms (Sharepoint, MS Teams, Smartsheet, etc.) and provide insight/recommendations on the data.
Provide coaching, feedback and development to both FTS trainers and TDP participants in L&D training programs by maintaining Restaurant operational standards
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications
2 years of Chick-fil-A restaurant experience
Proficient in Chick-fil-A food preparation procedural knowledge and application
1 year of CFA Trainer or development program experience.
