　　What You’ll Do

　　As a coordinator, you’ll be part of our team located in Northlake, TX. You’ll get to:

　　Audit incoming & outgoing products to ensure they meet the required specifications and are at the quality levels required by SBD.

　　Communicate Inspection Priorities from supply team, wave planners and customer service

　　Create Audit Sheets (ex. AQL), Inventory Summaries and other excel files used by QA

　　Maintain the QA Tracker, and run daily reports update tracker and identify SKUs that require audits

　　Maintain the Item Supplier Table from QA Hold Requests and send updates to the Quality Engineer

　　Identify patterns from the Nonconformance data to highlight potential focus-areas

　　Perform 5 Why Analysis, create Dashboard and perform Root Cause Analysis for Customer Service Inquiries

　　Upload NCMR information to ETQ, and follow the NCMRs through the ETQ process until they're resolved.

　　Previous distribution center experience preferred.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, MS, and Internet Explorer and ability to operate standard office equipment

　　Experience with WMS

　　Demonstrated organizational, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once

　　Able to lift up to 50lbs. stand, walk, reach, and use hands. May occasionally be required to kneel, crouch or stoop.

　　Use of vision including peripheral, color, distance, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
