Description

　　PL Prime is looking for a passionate and experienced marketing professional to lead all marketing initiatives within the Prime program PL (with potentially expanded scope to NL/SE for specific projects). This position is responsible for working with EU partner teams including Prime content testing, Prime product teams, Physical Stores, 3P partnerships and promotions and Prime Video to improve awareness and adoption of the Prime program and benefits.

　　We are looking for someone with experience of core digital marketing capabilities, who thrives in an innovative and collaborative environment. The candidate should be passionate about taking one of the most successful Amazon programs to the next level using both existing and new marketing capabilities. The position enjoys a high amount of autonomy and will report to the PL Marketing & Prime country lead, with the ability to set strategy and implement a diverse set of initiatives.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Experience of core digital marketing capabilities including content and multi-variate testing

　　Proven track record of customer obsession

　　Skilled at working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions

　　Experience of using data to inform decisions

　　Must have a demonstrable track record of delivering results

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Experience with subscription businesses

　　Able to find practical and simple solutions to complicated problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality

　　Strong relationship and team-building skills. Able to communicate with senior executives and manage discussions to reach actionable conclusions
