The Role

The Senior Product Analyst is responsible for supporting Lumen’s Product organization by developing essential dashboards and qualification tools in collaboration with Product Lifecycle Managers and other stakeholders across the organization. This role also involves conducting various analysis and product/project management activities.

The Main Responsibilities

Develop dashboards and other tools in Power BI, PowerPoint, etc. as directed by Product Lifecycle Managers and others

Analyzes, tracks, reports, and presents project specific data in informative dashboards

Responsible for managing product initiatives across stakeholder organizations.

Provides research and analysis support for strategic planning, business decisions, and forecasting initiatives

Follows guidelines, methodologies and/or precedents and applies judgment as necessary.

Provides information that supports strategic decision-making.

What We Look For in a Candidate

3+ years of experience in product, financial analysis, IT development, planning, or reporting

In-depth experience with Power BI (preferred), or Tableau or similar

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

High attention to detail

Fast learner

Experience with cross-functional exposure is a plus

Ability to work independently and in a team environment 

Ability to examine data from multiple sources to determine whether correlation and linkage exists between data sets

Proficient Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, business, finance, or related field 

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$66,375 - $88,500 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.

$69,694 - $92,925 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.

$73,013 - $97,350 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
