Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Lease Administration Analyst based in Toms River, New Jersey. This role is primarily remote and encompasses tasks related to lease administration within the retail industry. The primary focus of the role is to validate and enter landlord documentation into the database, update contracts and ensure data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Validate and vet landlord documentation for accuracy and completeness

• Update contracts and contacts as per the required standards

• Ensure data entry accuracy and maintain updated records

• Review and analyze commercial/retail lease data

• Use detail oriented communication methods for team meetings and interactions

• Handle the process of lease administration, including documentation and reporting

• Utilize your skills in data abstraction and commercial leasing

• Execute planning processes, reviews, and validation plans as part of the role

• Conduct research analysis as required for the lease administration process

• Manage lease documents and relevant paperwork effectively. Requirements • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders

• Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Ability to handle documentation, maintaining organization and confidentiality

• Strong reporting skills, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely

• Familiarity with planning processes, demonstrating strategic thinking

• Ability to review and analyze relevant information effectively

• Proficiency with database systems, ensuring accurate data management

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) administration is desirable

• Knowledge of the software 'About Time' would be beneficial

• Ability to handle paperwork efficiently, demonstrating attention to detail

• Experience in the retail sector is a plus

• Willingness to travel for work when required

• Comfortable with video conferencing for remote meetings and presentations

• Familiarity with loan origination processes is advantageous

• Proficient in research analysis, demonstrating critical thinking skills

• Basic knowledge of laptop hardware, allowing for basic troubleshooting

• Experience in creating and implementing validation plans

• Understanding of landlord-tenant laws and regulations

• Familiarity with leases, including drafting and reviewing

• Ability to conduct prescreening processes effectively

• Experience in lease administration is a must

• Proficiency in data abstraction, ensuring accurate data extraction

• Experience with lease documents, including drafting, reviewing, and interpreting

• Familiarity with commercial leasing is desirable

• Knowledge of contracts finance, demonstrating understanding of financial aspects of lease agreements.
