The Senior Partner Manager for T-Mobile Tuesdays will serve a crucial role in growing and sustaining this groundbreaking program. In this role, you will work directly with partners and agencies to define the specific parameters of value propositions delivered within the program, including total value, cost, limitations, and redemption and fulfillment requirements. Serve as face of program to existing partners, renegotiate deal terms as needed, and facilitate partner approvals in efforts to continue delivering new and engaging offers to our customers. This individual will partner with the Business Development team to on-board partners and set-up them up for success within the program. Often serving as the key point of contact on behalf of T-Mobile Tuesday's, they will develop deep relationships with recognizable consumer brands through the establishment of large, complex and often unique partnerships and business models. The successful candidate will 1) foster and lead innovation and growth across a range of brands, 2) build effective strategic relationships, and 3) structure and execute partnerships that deliver on-going value to T-Mobile customers and the partner.
