About Customer Service Representative

  Now Hiring in Waimea: Customer Service Representative for Patients/ PBX Operator

  *Location: Waimea *

  *Pay Rate:$22/hr *

  Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8 AM – 4:30 PM

  Responsibilities:

  *Admissions of Patients (50%):*

  Interview patients, gather demographic and insurance information.

  Verify insurance benefits, assist with Medicaid applications.

  Ensure compliance with regulations and secure accounts.

  *Clerical Duties/Telephone Switchboard (50%):*

  Answer calls, assist Revenue Cycle staff, manage mail.

  Greet visitors, handle payments, follow protocols during emergencies.

  Requirements:

  Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  Experience: Two years in typing, clerical work, or cashiering.

  Skills: Knowledge of office practices, ability to make computations, type at 40 wpm, and operate office equipment.

  Working Conditions:

  Must read printed material, hear conversational voice.

  Availability for evening/night shifts, weekends, holidays.
