PC Refresh Technician

　　Mentor, OH - Onsite

　　13+ month contract with possibility of extension

　　$19-20/hr DOQ

　　The PC Refresh Technician will perform activities related to imaging and installing new laptop and desktop computers across a site. The PC Refresh Technician will provide technical knowledge and expertise of Windows operating systems and software installations, as well as provide excellent customer service when replacing assets for users

　　Qualifications

　　1-3 years of experience with PC refresh projects

　　Experience providing desktop / desk side support for Windows operating systems Windows 10

　　Experience installing software on laptop and/or desktop computers

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide top-notch customer service to end users being supported

　　Strong problem-solving skills

　　Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, based on business needs
