　　Job Title: Senior Manager, Quality Control Lab

　　Division: CPD/PPD/LDB

　　Location: Florence, KY

　　Reports To: Quality Director

　　What You Will Do:

　　The laboratory manager should have good management skills and be well organized as the manager is responsible for managing all activities of the laboratory. Responsible to support the Unit of Production (UP) centers to control incoming components, raw material, bulk and finished goods. Works with the process expert, the UP, sourcing, flows, and logistics.

　　Functions:

　　Fully Supports an interdependent safety and quality culture and works proactively to the site master plan to achieve the safety and quality goals

　　Leads a team of supervisors, chemists, technicians and encourages 100% employee engagement

　　Knows and understand L’Oreal rules and enforces them

　　Understands and proficient in methods and trains and ensures compliance among the team

　　Looks for opportunities to improve the productivity in the labs to become more efficient

　　Troubleshoots non-conformances in components, bulk, raw materials, and finished goods to ensure the root cause of the issue is fixed

　　Support for Audits (understand good manufacturing practices, L’Oreal policies and procedures, reporting, and training)

　　Perform other duties as necessary

　　What We Are Looking For:

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in major technical discipline, chemistry / micro preferred or equivalent experiences

　　10 plus years of related experience in a manufacturing setting

　　Technical Skills in SAP, MS Office, Inventory Management

　　Physical requirements of the role (sitting, standing, twisting, bending, physical in-office presence)
