　　About the role

　　This role will Resolve moderately complex inquiries, collects and analyzes customer data to determine customer trends, and makes recommendations for the update of procedures to improve Customer Service processes. Escalates complex issues to management.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Hands on Experience on Chillers and associated accessories.

　　Conducting Health Audits of Chiller and Plant room.

　　Preparing Inspection Report/Audit Report of Plant Room and Low side.

　　Coordinating with Sales colleagues for Recapture/ SR potential.

　　Generating SR/ Recapture offers.

　　Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.

　　Ability to work in teams.
