This Position is for an Administrative Assistant with a company in Jackson, Mississippi.
Duties and Responsibilities: Schedule trainings (example CPR and etc.) Update Training Docs. Create employee ids. Update and Maintain company website (as needed). Call potential providers and gather needed documents. Update employee scheduling system. Create orientation/training packets. Update company handbook. Schedule meetings and potential employee interviews. Gather hire requirements. Maintain and update marketing material. Update and order logo shirts. Answer and Manage phone calls. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Associates degree. 2 years of experience required. Submit to and pass background check and any other pre-employment testing as required.
