Senior Capital Planning Analyst
Full-Time
Overview:
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Capital Planning, the Senior Capital Planning Analyst is primarily responsible for maintaining the Capital Planning Module in Strata budget system and managing Strategic Construction Project Budgets. The key responsibilities include:
Develop, maintain, and update construction and information technology project cost reports .
Update capital project fundraising report and maintain cost and funding schedule for Major Modernization project.
Build new reports and update existing reports in Strata for end-users including leadership team.
Process and manage project substitutions and funding release in Strata.
Review and approve enterprise-wide capital requisitions.
Collaborate with Sr. Business Asset Accountant on enterprise depreciation expense budget.
Other various special projects as requested.
Qualifications
Strata and Workday experience a plus.
Technology and system savvy; proficient in all Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
Advanced Excel skills utilizing V-Lookup and pivot tables.
Ability to proactively and efficiently manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Must be able to interact with other departments and associates and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Written and verbal communication skills and analytical abilities.
Perform special projects as needed.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
MBA a plus.
EXPERIENCE
2-5 years of related experience

USD $107,000.00/Yr.
