While reporting to the Manager, FPA the Sr.Financial Analyst plays a critical role in our financial reporting &planning processes, providing in-depth analysis to the FP&A team and theVP of Retail Sales, thereby helping to identify opportunities for profitimprovement and to drive above market revenue growth. LOCATION: This role is designatedas ahybridrole which includes working at least 3 days per week (Tuesday,Wednesday, Thursday) in our main office located in Oak Creek, WI, tofoster better collaboration, connection, and innovation. WHAT YOU WILLBE DOING: Develop, analyze, and report on the annual operating plan aswell as monthly reforecasts for the North American customer accounts andsales departments\' expenses. Analysis of sales, allowances, and SG&A atmonth-end to provide accurate, relevant and timely input for sales andfinance decision making. Analysis of proposed new sales pricing andpromotions, including incremental and fully allocated analysis of keynew promotions; review of price changes and impact on future results.Review of price elasticity for key promotions, and recommendation ofpricing/programs to optimize sales and profitability. Provide the salesteam with ad hoc requests as needed. Assist in production of monthlyreports and participate in various department projects and assignmentswhere appropriate.
