Overview
ABM is hiring a Manager, Badging and Credentialing to be responsible for the full lifecycle management of ABM employee security badging and credentialing at Dulles International Airport including compliance with all federal, state, airport authority, and ABM regulations. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, be very detail oriented, maintain a positive approach to problem solving, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to demonstrate continuous improvement for the badging program. This is an onsite role 5 days/week at Dulles Airport with occasional travel to Reagan International Airport.
Essential Functions
Maintains a culture of compliance with all safety, security, and quality procedures for security credentialing as established by regulatory authorities, clients, and ABM
Creates, maintains, and audits accuracy in record-keeping via email, spreadsheet, computer system, and paper files; follows policies to resolve any discrepancies
Acts as primary liaison between ABM and regulatory authorities for badging programs
Serves as a Lead Certification Official for ABM to implement and maintain full lifecycle compliance with airport SIDA badging responsibilities
Serves as a Lead Certification Official for ABM to implement and maintain full lifecycle compliance with US CBP Custom Seal responsibilities
Ensures that subordinates and stakeholders have proper expectations set and are trained to regulatory, client, and ABM expectations
Issues, maintains, and reconciles all badges physically and within ABM and regulatory authority systems
Schedules new hire and recurrent badging appointments with employees and authority offices
Prepares routine and ad-hoc audit responses by researching materials, formulating a plan of action, and presenting factual supporting details
Provides initial and recurrent security credentialing training to internal stakeholders
Compiles executive summaries to demonstrate accountability to regulations and procedures
Organizes and attends meetings, virtual and in-person, with internal and external stakeholders
Travels as need to necessary training and meetings
Qualifications – Education & Experience
Experience managing badging and credentialing for a large (500+) employee population preferred
Strong MS Excel and data-entry experience
Bilingual (Spanish/Arabic/Amharic) highly preferred
Must be able to travel 10% of the time to other locations in Northern Virginia; valid driver's license is required
Must be able to obtain security clearances to obtain airport SIDA badge
