This includes coordinating between the end users and development team to ensure business requirements translate appropriately into technical specifications. Specific tasks include:Coordinating and leading meetings with end users.Documenting appropriate information in a clear and concise manner.Acting as a liaison between developers and end users as questions/issues arise in the development process - keeping lines of communication open.2.Leads end users through the testing process. Specific tasks include:Coordinating testing sessions for end users and helping them to understand how to appropriately test their BI solutions.Documenting end users testing results and communicating them to developers for issue resolution.Securing final sign-off from users when testing is complete.3.Assists in ensuring BI development is in alignment with organizational data governance standards. Specific tasks include:Documenting metric definitions appropriately.Assisting in applying naming standards to BI fields.Coordinating with the ACH Analytics and Business Intelligence Center to resolve data governance questions/issues.4. Creates and edits team documentation of policies, standards and best practices.5. Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving capabilities.6.
