　　Receive and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

　　Manage special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants

　　Certify completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures Requirements - Proven knowledge of Interpersonal Skills

　　Well-founded grasp of Email Correspondence

　　Solid understanding of Answering Multi-Line Phone System

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

　　Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Word

　　Knowledge of customer service

　　General familiarity with data entry

　　Experience with Organizing Files

　　Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

　　Incoming phone call management skills desired
