Description

　　As a Data Engineer at Robert Half, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining data infrastructure within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, implement efficient data pipelines, and ensure the scalability and performance of data solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft tools and a deep understanding of Azure services.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Data Pipeline Development:

　　Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines using Microsoft tools and services within the Azure environment.

　　Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources to support business needs.

　　Azure Platform Expertise:

　　Utilize Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics to build robust and scalable data solutions.

　　Work with Azure Storage solutions, including Azure Blob Storage and Azure Data Lake Storage.

　　Data Modeling and Architecture:

　　Design and implement data models that support the organization's analytical and reporting requirements.

　　Collaborate with data architects to ensure the alignment of data solutions with overall architecture standards.

　　Performance Optimization:

　　Identify and address performance bottlenecks in data pipelines to ensure optimal data processing and retrieval.

　　Conduct regular performance tuning and optimization activities.

　　Collaboration and Documentation:

　　Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

　　Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data engineering processes, data models, and system architecture.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

　　Proven experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on Microsoft tools and Azure services.

　　Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and experience with data integration tools.

　　Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.

　　Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance within Azure.

　　Additional Skills (Preferred):

　　Certification in Microsoft Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate).

　　Experience with additional Microsoft tools such as Power BI, SQL Server, and others.

　　Knowledge of DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment.
