Description

　　Robert Half is looking to fill a Senior Accountant position on a permanent basis. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for producing financial statement preparation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. 　　How you will make an impact

　　Uphold company standards when working with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls; while also providing support on special requests when required

　　Review financial information such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc. and present analysis in a clear manner

　　Produce error-free monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP

　　Prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting

　　Monthly sales tax compliance

　　Commitment to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process

　　Participate in various department-wide initiatives

　　Requirements

　　BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Business

　　3+ years of overall general accounting experience

　　Month end close experience

　　Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) experience

　　Background working with Sales Tax and commissions calculations/analysis

　　Detailed and have the ability work independently

　　Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines

　　Exemplary analytical, quantitative and communication skills
