Test and validate new functionality for customer sitesAs part of our team, we will:Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your careerTeach you the standard tools that Genie/ Terex has learned in Lean practicesGain project management experienceMust haves:Pursuing a degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain, Quality/Continuous Improvement, or related fieldAbility to work full-time for 3 months in Bothell, WA (hybrid)Knowledge of process improvement and lean manufacturing conceptsEnthusiasm to interact with internal Team Members, customers and associated customer facing processesAbility to deal with ambiguityStrong experience with Office 365 tools e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and PlannerStrong deductive reasoning skills and ability to ask clarifying questionsAbility to communicate clearly and concisely with a positive toneGood organizational and time management skillsNice to haves:Salesforce and Oracle ERP experienceAssimilate quickly into a team environmentNatural curiosity to learnSelf-motivatedPositive and energeticAbility to adapt and learn data systems (Salesforce, Dashboard)Excellent verbal communication skills, relationship building skills and demonstrated ability to work across functional areas and levels of managementThe compensation for this position is $26/hr for undergraduate interns and $28/hr for graduate or returning interns.
