Description:
Provides customers with comprehensive information to solve their problems or assist them in making sound decisions and achieve customer satisfaction. Handles customer complaints and provides resolution, brings manager’s attention when necessary to ensure that proper and satisfactory service is delivered.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answering inbound phone calls in a professional and helpful manner.
Making outbound phone calls in response to any inquires, questions, or other follow up
Confirms account number, part number & descriptions
Communication to customer on availability, open orders, and ship dates
Confirms pricing & availability
Answer customer service inquiries, phones or emails as assigned and meets statistical expectations as set by supervisor (refer to grid)
Supports administrative duties on sending and receiving supplier purchase orders
Ability to multi-task issuing credits and rebills according to policy and procedure
Work Environment
They are currently working in office. They will have their own cubicle.
Business casual work environment.
After they are fully trained there may be some flex for random things or bad weather but they do work in office all week.
Shift: 8AM to 5PM; Monday - Friday
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of manufacturing customer service experience
Experience with a CRM preferred
Ability to type 35+ WPM
Experience Level:
Intermediate Level
