　　Specialists for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the US (HQ: Chicago, IL). Develop analytical reporting. Create data modeling plans to address business needs. Implement solutions including training, presentations, and strategy sessions. Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for custom data analytics, validation, reporting and automation solutions targeting consumer banking and retail industries. Understand and manage client feedback and distribute key points internally to define road maps, improve existing product performance and provide new product solutions. Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relating to customer satisfaction. Technical environment: SQL, Retail Data Analytics, CRM platforms; SAP, Python, Tableau, AWS Redshift, MS, Visio, UNIX Shell Scripting.

　　Job Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in Data Science or Analytics or Computer Science/Engineering, or related field plus 3 years of experience in job offered or as a BI Analyst, or with data analytics required. Required Skills: Client Management experience in Retail Data Analytics; tracking KPIs relating to customer satisfaction: CRM platforms; SQL for data validation, reporting, and automation; SAP, Python, Tableau, AWS Redshift, MS Visio, UNIX Shell Scripting. Telecommuting permitted.
