Job Description
Senior Data Scientists for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the US (HQ: Chicago, IL). Create statistical modeling processes and develop highly accurate, explainable, and replicable statistical modeling solutions. Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to create high-performing statistical models that comply with regulatory and privacy requirements. Test new statistical analysis methods, software, and data sources for continual improvement of quantitative solutions. Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for statistical analysis. Build statistical methodologies to create control groups for campaign measurements. Technical Environment: Statistical Modeling, Cohort analysis, Predictive model leveraging, Machine Learning using XGBoost Algorithms, Building End-to-end Machine Learning pipeline from data ingestion to feature engineering to model training deployment, AWS EMR Studio, Model Validation and Visualization using statistical metrics, Spark SQL, MapReduce, SQL, Python (Pandas, Pytorch, Tensorflow, NLP, MT, ASR, Scikit-learn), R (dplyr, tidyr, ggplot), SAS, AWS, Linux, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Tableau, RStudio, MySQL.
Required Skills:
Master's degree in Statistics or a related field plus 3 years of experience in job offered or as a Statistician or with statistical modeling required.
