　　As a Spa Therapist,ultimatelyresponsible for carrying out all spa treatments and therapies according to Waldorf Astoria Hotels standards ensuring guestsatisfaction todeliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

　　The holder of this statement can be asked to take on other tasks in addition of the ones stated, in a reasonable framework.Be fully trained and certified in carrying out all therapies and treatments available to guests in the spa, in-room, or outdoors as per Waldorf Astoria Hotels standards.Prepare all treatments correctly and efficiently as per Waldorf Astoria Hotels standards.Communicate and assist guests as per Waldorf Astoria Hotels standards.Work in a clean and hygienic manner as per Waldorf Astoria Hotels standards.Carry out daily preparation of the Spa areas as per Waldorf Astoria Hotels standards.Report any incidents or odd behavior to the Spa Director and or Spa Supervisor.Ensure correct amounts of treatment products are used and wastage is minimized.Attend to duty in proper uniform, on time and well groomed.Adhere to all health and safety standards of the Waldorf Astoria Hotels.Be fully trained on all spa services and treatments.Be fully trained on all spa products and ingredients used (for professional and retail) in the Spa area.Attend trainings and adapt to new treatments as per Waldorf Astoria Hotels requirements.Be flexible in working schedules as per Waldorf Astoria Hotels requirements.Carry out any other job-related duties as per Waldorf Astoria Hotels requirements.What are we looking for?
