About Deli Lead (FT) - Fargo/Moorhead

　　Hornbacher's is seeking a full-time Deli Lead at our Express location

　　PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:Works with the Deli Manager and Assistant Deli Manager. Trains and coaches deli team membersin order to expand knowledge and develop a positive working environment. Handles food in a safemanner and ensures the work is always clean, sanitary, fresh and full.

　　REQUIREMENTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

　　Assist customers and ensure proper service levels and courtesy from all associatesFollow and encourage the suggestive selling goalsProvide team training, development and work direction to associates
