Is aware of the broader strategy for human factor services sales, based on high level of human factor services knowledge and frequent interactions with customers and account management teams.
Provides pre-sales support as a subject matter expert to the sales team and for pre-qualified opportunities.
Supports primary sellers in relationship building, lending technical credibility with customer buyers.
Works hands-on with customers pre-sale to gather solution requirements and demonstrate and communicate implementation best practices.
Works independently on services demonstrations and provide reassurance that the human factor services will work effectively and deliver ROI in the customers environment.
Interfaces with technical customer personnel to communicate value of solution in detail.
Delivers technical presentations of offerings to customers and prospects.
Helping achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for territory.
Helping implement a business plan to meet or exceed corporate objectives and sales goals in assigned geography.
Working with sales to build relevant partnerships.
Provide feedback to business development teams on required support materials and new service development.
Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
Performs other duties as directed.
Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in human factor engineering or related field.
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely in both Chinese and English
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software.
6+ years of related experience.
Deep knowledge and experience with human factor engineering and design architecture.
Business acumen and understanding of business sales processes.
Significant business travel and work outside of the office required.
A team play with accountability.
Background with healthcare or advisory related industry is a plus.
