　　The Senior Web Application Developer is responsible for design, development and testing for Angular widget software projects. The Senior Developer will be responsible for coaching other team members and performing quality reviews of the work of other team members. The senior developer should be deep in his/her technology, Angular widget, and have learning agility and versatility to learn technology outside his/her specialty to improve delivery.

　　The developer should also have a team-first mentality and be willing to help other team members to improve the delivery success.

　　Requirements Elicitation, Understanding, Analysis, & Management: Understand the requirements/stories, and perform the appropriate gap analysis for a platform/technology. Development experience with Angular widgets.

　　Participation in Sprint Planning and Sprint Status: Participate in sprint planning meetings by estimating the tasks to design, build, and development test software. Attend daily huddles to report progress and barriers to progress.

　　Design/Development/Development Testing: Create the design for micro-service and Angular widgets that effectively meets the requirements/stories. This will involve ensuring the design integrates with other platforms/technologies. The design may be done directly in the code itself. Develop and test the software according to the functional specifications, design, maintainability, and coding and efficiency standards. Complete development tests within each sprint according to acceptance criteria and system component integration needs. Must have the ability to work effectively, independently as part of an overall project team.

　　Testing & Debugging: Work closely with the Solution Quality Analysts by providing debugging and testing assistance as needed to meet sprint objectives.

　　Documentation and Deployment: Create technical documentation (assets) in the code per coding standards and assist as needed in the documentation creation for the products' customers. Create the artifacts needed to ensure the software is migrated efficiently through the needed environment life cycles.

　　What You'll Do:

　　What You'll Need:

　　Bachelor's degree, ideally in computer systems design or computer science8+ years equivalent work experience with 5+ year experience working on software development projects and teams.Agile software methodology knowledgeProven experience in leading requirements meetings and documenting requirements. Be able to operate in a state of ambiguity or changing conditions. Demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to influence others.Strong leadership, drive, and motivational skills; Ability to deliver results independently.Demonstrate sound business judgment.Minimum experience of at least 3 years of micro-service and Angular widget development.Bachelor's degree (with preferred concentrations in Math, Actuarial Science, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, MIS, Engineering) or equivalent work experience.

　　What we would Like:

　　Strong knowledge base or experience in designing complex enterprise solutions.Strong knowledge base and/or experience in JAVA coding Experience and understanding of Application Programming Interface (API)Master's Degree in related areas a plus.Experience in JAVA based language is a plus.

　　Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $80,600.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $186,200.00/year (for full time employees). In addition to a base salary, this position may be eligible for a bonus and/or other incentive plans.
