　　What you’ll be doing

　　• Building cloud-based pipelines and tools to automate and improve software delivery.

　　• Working across the entire software lifecycle to improve teams’ throughput based on industry leading metrics.

　　• Engaging teams, leaders and individuals to support and evangelize incremental improvements through adoption of best practices.

　　• Soliciting and incorporating feedback from stakeholders to evolve and mature both new and existing processes.

　　• Pioneering improvements to the entire software development life cycle; finding ways to reduce toil and make developer’s lives easier and more productive.

　　What you need

　　• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline; or equivalent work history

　　• 2+ years experience Quarkus/Java, dotnet, node, and/or JavaScript experience

　　• 2+ years experience unit testing, mocking, and automation frameworks.

　　• 2+ years experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) based on continuous improvement.

　　• A DevOps mindset – practical experience in a mature CI/CD SDLC environment, including logging, monitoring, performance measurement and operational metrics.

　　• Strong communication, partnership, teamwork, and influencing skills.

　　Technologies:

　　• Database experience: SQL Server/MySQL/MongoDB or Postgres

　　• source control tools (Git)

　　• Containerization / micro-services

　　Bonus Points:

　　• Kubernetes (ROSA) and helm

　　• gRPC/REST services

　　• Open-source contribution, repositories, personal projects

　　• Participation in communities of interest, meetups

　　• Certifications in technology, agile methodologies

　　• Prior experience in agile implemented at scale across multiple teams globally.

　　• Messaging frameworks: (ActiveMQ/Kafka)
