Old Redford Academy is hiring a High School Science Teacher

　　. Must have a Michigan Teacher Certification with endorsement in subject.

　　We are searching for a capable and trustworthy science teacher to join our team. The science teacher's responsibilities include developing interesting lesson plans and curricula, collaborating with other teachers, completing student assessments, and addressing any performance issues.

　　*Responsibilities: *

　　Developing lesson plans and curricula based on the needs of individual students and classes.Setting up demonstrations and assisting and supervising students while they conduct experiments.Establishing classroom, and lab rules and regulations and ensuring that all students understand what is expected of them.Grading tests, assignments, exams, and other assessments, and communicating with parents, students, teachers, and counselors regarding underperformance and other concerns.Assessing student needs and providing support or extra resources to struggling students as well as exceptional achievers.Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students.Ensuring all curriculum, school, and state requirements are met.```{=html}

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's degree in teaching or relevant field.

　　Michigan Teaching Certification with endorsement. 

　　In-depth knowledge of teaching methods and legal educational procedures.

　　Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

　　Well-organized with excellent leadership abilities.
