  Zurich Direct Markets specializes in providing Finance & Insurance (F&I) products, to the automotive industry. We have a dedicated sales force of F&I professionals who meet regularly and directly with our customers. We are looking to hiring a candidate in California, Arizona, Colorado or Utah.

  Our Regional Income Development Executives support growth and profitability in an assigned region through sales related to Finance & Insurance book of business to maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers. They will also:

  Support the marketing of F&I products and assist in training in sales and marketing techniques to our Franchised Automotive Dealers

  Cultivate relationships with our existing customers

  Support performance and key initiatives to help drive growth and profitability within the territories

  Work from home in an entrepreneurial atmosphere

  Earn a competitive base salary with a generous incentive plan

  Receive excellent benefits and a company car (All candidates are subject to an MVR check)

  Required Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Sales areaOR

  High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the Sales area

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Strong knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology.

  Outside sales experience

  Advanced understanding of dealership industry, market and competitors.

  Basic knowledge of all F&I and P&C Products

  Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance principles

  Knowledge of techniques and terminology of claims

  Ability to interpret financial statements

  Ability to multi-task

  Licensed to sell insurance products in states where required.

  Compensation for roles at Zurich varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Zurich provides in good faith a reasonable range of compensation for roles. For additional information about our Total Rewards, click here (https://www.zurichna.com/careers/benefits) . Other rewards may include short term incentive bonuses and merit increases. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply, and will be considered based on experience, skill, and education. The salary provided is a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled. The starting salary range for this position is $61,800.00 – $101,300.00. This position includes a variable compensation component that is based on an individual’s performance under the applicable sales incentive plan.
