　　Salary Range: $73,000 - $166,000

　　OTA is seeking a mid-level Software Developer for gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components withuser interface and user experience (UI/UX) in mind. Our Software Developers identify and troubleshoot UX problems as necessary and build well-designed smart user interfaces and innovative data visualization using applications such as CSS, Bootstrap, and Adobe Creative Suite. If you are an experienced Software Developer with 6+ years of UI/UX design experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

　　Responsibilities

　　Gather user requirements

　　Design graphic elements

　　Build navigation components

　　Plan and execute intuitive and effective flows and experience in support of HR IT systems, programs, and processes.

　　Provide support in illustrating ideas to include graphic designs, sketches, storyboards, process flows and site maps

　　Required Qualifications

　　Active TS/SCI security clearance; willingness to take a polygraph

　　6+ years experience in UI/UX design

　　Bachelor's degree in Graphic Designor4 additional years of UI/UX design experience

　　Proficient in design software to include CSS, Bootstrap and Adobe Creative Suite

　　Ability to identify and troubleshoot user experience (UX) problems

　　Clear understanding of the intersection between user needs, technology requirements, and business goals.
