Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Process Reengineering Specialist to join our team based out of Chantilly, VA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Apply process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and internet-related methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
Responsible for transitioning of existing organizations or project teams in accomplishing the organization’s goals or project activities and objectives through improved use of internet and other automated processes.
Support activity and data modeling, development of modern business methods, identification of best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements.
Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer.
May provide daily supervision and direction to other contractor business reengineering specialists and web architects.
Provides administrative and logistical support for SDO2 contract to support the deployment and redeployment of personnel to multiple OCONUS locations, which include high risk areas.
Interpret and comply with various government agency requirements regarding country-specific entry /exit requirements using established procedures.
Maintain deployment database for assigned travel and employees.
Develops and reviews estimated cost approval documentation and processes, communication cables with overseas posts, electronic country clearances requests, verification of access requests, diplomatic memos for visa and passport issuance requests.
Develops, reviews, and provides communication support on contract related activities communication with government leadership, DS field facilities, IRM facilities, domestic and overseas posts.
Basic Qualifications:
Min 2 years of relative experience in Information Technology.
High School diploma or business-related education
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in Customer Service
Possess familiar knowledge of appropriate hardware and software (ex. - PCs, Microsoft (MS) Windows, MS Office, and applications such as from SAP and Peoplesoft).
Experience using Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
Security Clearance Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.
A current and active Secret clearance is strongly preferred.
Other Requirements:
Must be able to travel at least 25%Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in stationary position for up to 50% of the time.
Must be able to deliver clear and effective communication both verbally and non-verbally to deliver updates; briefings; or interface with co-workers; leadership as well as customer.
Must be able to work in an office environment and be able to freely move within this space to utilize office equipment as well as interface with co-workers and customer.
Must be able to effectively use IT peripherals such as laptop, desktop, printer, fax machine, etc.
Must be able to deliver presentations as needed.
Must be able to review; decipher and understand program manuals; IT service requests; work orders; etc.
