  Functional Responsibilities : Formulates and defines system scope and objectives for software development. Has full technical knowledge and responsibility of all phases of software development. Understands the business or function for which application is designed.

  Duties also include Conceptual knowledge on agile integration, Design, develop, and implement software solutions. Identifies and implements innovative tools, frameworks and utilities to increase velocity while maintaining and delivery according to requirements.

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Develop single page applications and implement angular front end solutions.

  Maintain documentation in Jira/Confluence section on Angular Best Practices.

  Implement Code Reviews and administer dev branch integration in Enterprise Github environment.

  Implement tasks assigned in JIRA stories as part of a CI/CD integration.

  Implement data integration with microservices in the application based on collaboration with the backend team.

  Develop UI reusable component library in collaboration with the designers' team.

  Collaborate with operations and managers on options to improve usability of the Angular-based web application.

  Address feature implementation and bug fixing based on JIRA assignments.

  Conduct unit testing and testing on 508 compliance .

  QUALIFICATIONS

  Required Skills and Experience

  MUST have 3+ years development experience in modern UI using Java script framework, Angular and Python

  Must be US Citizen

  4+ years’ experience in the current Angular stack

  Well versed in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Node JS.

  Extensive knowledge in developing single page applications using Angular

  Experience in working with Restful web services

  Experience in developing responsive, dynamic and scalable web application

  Proficient in the use of third-party libraries and tools with angular web development

  Experience in 508 compliant application development.

  Experience in integrating with OAuth based authentication frameworks.

  Experience in developing cross Browser compatible Web application.

  Good knowledge of Event Driven Design approach / DMN

  pSQL/Postgres

  Desired Skills and Experience

  3+ years’ experience in AWS cloud

  React

  Familiar with CI/CD, Jenkins pipeline, gradle, Junit, GIT, etc.

  API Manager knowledge, Swagger and/or Apigee (for API documentation)

  Familiar with Pivotal Cloud Foundry Platform.

  Experience in working with Agile development methodologies

  Full stack experience (with ability to operate around 50% backend 50% front-end)
