Description Lutheran Social Services of WI &Upper MI is currently seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team withour Refugee Resettlement program limited term for an 8 week assignment..Under direction, the Care Coordinator performs work involving theassessment, service planning, and implementation of core services andon-going case management for assigned individuals. Bilingual in arefugee language is preferred ; Swahili , Rohingya , Dari preferred.This is a limited term 12 week assignment intended to catch up with newfederal refugee compliance requirements. The position is required to beonsite in the Milwaukee office. The position will require some eveningand weekend hours.
