　　Amazon Business-to-Business (B2B) currently is looking for a talented Senior Program Ops Manager who will take lead of Asia B2B program management. The ideal candidate should be able to manage complex initiatives, streamline process, improve efficiency and deliver solutions with limited guidance. He/she should have superior communication, analytical and structured problem-solving skills along with sharp business acumen. The experience of working autonomously with multiple teams in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment is highly preferred.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　• Defines strategies and programs to achieve business goals, build the mechanism, and drive the enhancement

　　• Closely work with AB global and local business team to drive program implementation and feature adoption by local sellers

　　• Drive local initiatives and partner with Global and local team to scale up across 3 Marketplaces (US, EU, JP)

　　• Build mechanism and acting as a proxy to reflect VOS in a systematic way

　　• Work relentlessly to improve existing process to ensure a seamless communication across local team, central PMO and AB leadership team

　　• Regularly update program progress and call out hits and misses to the leadership

　　• Facilitate/support region leader to manage critical business review

　　Basic Qualifications

　　• 8+ years in program management or business management

　　• Ability to work across multiple teams to drive alignment and execution

　　• Ability to work tactically and strategically and balance the short term and long term tradeoffs

　　• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English, with the ability of presenting to senior management

　　• Excellent project/process management skills in handling projects, priorities, and deliverables against deadlines

　　• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to handle data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop tools, and evaluate outcomes

　　• Innovative; loves to challenge status quo and reinvent on behalf of our Sellers and Business Customers

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　• MBA or Master's degree in relevant fields

　　• Experience with SQL or other statistical analysis tools

　　• Experience of working internationally

　　• Experience in ecommerce company
