　　The Assistant Preconstruction Estimator assists the Preconstruction Team, primarily working on project estimates. Responsibilities include preparing qualified subcontractor/vendor bid invitation lists, issuing bid invitations, assisting subcontractors with document distribution and bid preparation needs, preparing quantity take-offs, evaluating subcontractor proposals, and assisting with preparation of estimate presentations.
