The Role
Aligns overarching WTW Strategy and requirements to SACM strategy to enable value realization and operational synergies
Creates the SACM and CMDB strategy for WTW and accountable for operating that strategy
Identify best practice enhancement opportunities for relevant business cases across all asset types.
Ownership and accountability for the end-to-end lifecycle for all technology asset management
Leads governance of the lifecycle to ensure data quality and completeness. Holds data owners accountable for maintaining the quality of their asset data.
Partners at a leadership level with audit, compliance and risk leaders to ensure that SACM data supports their specific needs
Leads a Team of SME’s and Analysts to deliver an effective SACM framework
Continually matures services to align with transformation goals
Develop Hardware, software and Configuration Management approaches aligned to Enterprise and Business Technology needs
Define integrations and data needs to transform to WTW desired future state
Ensures that requests are handled according to agreed procedures.
Partners closely with functional owners to design and deliver operational processes that ensure authorized issuance, audit and return of assets, managing the requests for hardware, including the recall of items, to ensure the hardware items can be effectively tracked and managed.
Ensures that there are no unauthorized assets such as unlicensed copies of software.
Produce and analyze registers and histories of authorized assets, including secure master copies of software, documentation, data, licenses and agreements for supply, warranty and maintenance), and verifies that all these assets are in a known state and location.
The Requirements
Bachelor degree preferably in an IT related course required
10+ years experience within SACM
Experience managing people
Preferred ITIL Certification
ServcieNow ITOM experience
