This is a long-term contract/temporary to permanent role where you will assist customers with initial troubleshooting and software installation set up. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication, and basic troubleshooting experience. 　　Requirements

　　Bachelor’s Degree is desired

　　One year or more of experience in IT/Software support is desired

　　Basic Troubleshooting skills software/hardware

　　Ability and desire to learn and train on new software technology

　　Foundational knowledge of programming languages

　　Experience with Microsoft Products including Teams

　　Ability to diagnose and solve application issues

　　Strong communication and interpersonal/customer service skills is required
