Bell is seekinganELT Assistantat our facility located in our Fort Worth, Texas location.
What you’ll be doing as an Executive Leadership Team Assistant (ELTA):
Effectively manage complex calendars, email correspondence and schedules utilizing Microsoft Outlook.
Ensure prioritization of schedules and activities align with the priorities of the business.
Prepare and manage written correspondence, Power Point presentations and other relevant documents.
Compile data and navigate through presentations via TEAMS and Webex.
Schedule both domestic and international travel arrangements as needed utilizing Concur Travel System. Also includes expense reporting.
Utilize the Ariba system to order supplies, create check requests and create purchase orders.
Coordinate customer visits and events.
Work with other functions to coordinate and manage employee communications and engagement.
Supports special projects and assignments, including departmental and company outreach initiatives.
Manage SharePoint data and sites.
Work closely with other Administrative Assistants to ensure administrative needs are supported to include arranging for back-up coverage of this position and other Administrative Assistant positions in the organization for planned and unplanned absences.
Coordinate Intern and LDP activities and events.
Qualifications
Skills you bring to this role:
Ability to understand activities and priorities of a complex organization.
High level of proficiency with PowerPoint with strong experience creating multi-media presentations.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment, manage competing priorities and exhibit a high level of integrity and discretion.
Must possess high honesty and integrity standards.
Demonstrated ability to execute a proven system of follow-up and action closure.
Ability to maintain composure and professional demeanor in stressful situations.
What you need to be successful:
High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
At least 5 years of executive level administrative support experience.
Experience supporting executive leadership and effectively communicating with internal/external customers.
Experience providing both written and verbal communications with executive leaders, their direct reports, with their customer contacts, and the executives higher level leader.
Experience managing emails, calendars, and schedules for leaders.
Experience with Microsoft Office including, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Project.
Experience providing guidance and direction to other administrative employees and answering questions related to office operations and established policies and procedures.
Experience in travel planning and expense reporting.
Experience in a role managing multiple task/projects and work with minimal supervision.
