　　一 . 职位描述

　　职位目标：

　　SMT & Ball mounter工艺良率提升。

　　SMT & Ball mounter 工艺开发及新技术开发。

　　与TD同事合作，release新工艺。

　　FA不良品的失效分析及减少。

　　工作内容：

　　定期审核良率、FA失效、维修状况，确保每站工序正常运行；

　　参与新设备和新工艺的开发；

　　带领项目优化产线效率，通过项目实施，持续性的提升良率、交期、FA的失效比例等；

　　参与团队其他成员的项目并提出建议；

　　质量同事合作确保客诉达标 持续优化文件，以及准备第三方审核相关资料；

　　组织分享知识和培训以提高团队知识水平。

　　二 . 任职资格

　　1.专业知识：

　　熟悉质量管理工具，掌握6sigma管理理论；

　　工作经验：五年以上相关半导体工作经验。

　　3.教育背景：

　　电子或者机械行业本科

　　个人技能及素质：有对项目进行分析，计划和组织的能力。

　　能独立完成各项工作，服从工作安排，有团队合作精神。

　　三 . 工作条件

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 4+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.

　　OR

　　Master's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.

　　OR

　　PhD in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.
