　　RideNow on Boulder, Las Vegas, is seeking outgoing, friendly individuals to join our Service Team! If you are a positive, upbeat, and interactive Service Writer with a passion for customer service, this opportunity may be perfect for you!

　　Responsibilities

　　Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance, and recall work

　　Greet customers, inspect their powersports vehicles, and answer questions

　　Document problems with Motorcycles and clearly describe them on the Repair Order

　　Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so the customer can be immediately notified

　　Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and cost

　　Offer additional services, parts and products, including special promotions

　　Review Repair Orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness

　　Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work

　　Communicate any changes in timeline, repairs, or cost to the customer

　　Maintain current technical qualifications by completing all training programs assigned by the Service Manager

　　Any other duties as assigned to ensure team and store success.

　　Requirements

　　1+ years of Powersports or Automotive Dealership experience

　　Experience writing concise repair orders on vehicles and communicating repairs needed to customers

　　Knowledge of maintenance schedules and service needs for various powersports vehicles a plus

　　Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills

　　A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance

　　Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and dependable personality

　　Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

　　Valid driver's license and a good driving record

　　Motorcycle Endorsement desired, not required

　　Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
