A Typical Day for a Server with The Summit of Bettendorf:

Perform all duties related to serving our residents and guests

Clean the dining/kitchen areas

Communicate regularly with residents and guests, responding to their needs in a positive and timely manner

Monitor food quality and quantity for accuracy

Maintain safe and sanitary work habits while handling food and operating equipment in accordance with WesleyLife policies and procedures

We are ready to create a schedule that suits your needs the best! Providing partial shifts, accommodating student schedules, and much more! You will have the ability to decide on your shift duration and working hours.

The pay range for this position is $14.25-$21.66/hr. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
