The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Technical Integration Engineer to join our Firm. In this position, you will be responsible for responsible for setting standards and implementing technologies for the Firm, analyzing and recommending new technologies, and deploying and manageing approved projects. This position will be based in our White Plains office and has a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. Please note that the Firm will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
Participates in and leads large projects of moderate complexity involving installation or conversion.Provides expert judgment and analysis for the design, development and implementation of technical products and systems.Resolves complex technical issues and conducts advanced research.Recommends alternatives to development and design to improve quality of products and/or procedures.Develops technical documentation and participates in the establishment of security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure conformity with information systems and business objectives and strategy.Provides technical third level support 24/7.Demonstrates effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships with others.Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Thorough working knowledge of Citrix Suite of Software, Citrix Netscalers, Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems and servers running IIS, MS SQL, Exchange, DNS and DHCP, supporting multi-site enterprise environment, Microsoft Windows Active Directory, Group Policies, Microsoft Operation Manager, Windows 11Experience with MSI application packaging (such as InstallShield), remote software distribution (such as SCCM), multi-platform computing preferred, e.g. Unix , Networking protocols and concepts including routing, TCP/IP and FTPExperience working in a multi-national Data Center environmentExperience with Document Management systems, such as OpenText EDOCS DMUnderstanding of mobility solutionsAbility to work weekends, night and after hoursExperience with Scripting - batch, powershell and VBKnowledge of relevant firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and operating systemsDemonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writingDemonstrates close attention to detailExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning skillsAbility to handle multiple projects and shifting prioritiesAbility to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentialityAbility to organize and prioritize workAbility to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environmentAbility to work well independently as well as effectively within a teamAbility to use discretion and exercise independent and sound judgmentFlexibility to adjust hours and work the hours necessary to meet operating and business needs
Education and Experience

The starting base salary for this position is expected to be within the range listed under Salary Details. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other-job related factors, consistent with applicable law.

$135,000 - $150,000
